I deliver 30-minute group relaxation sessions, supporting health and well-being, both in a personal and professional environment, which I am pleased to now deliver in your workplace.
In our fast-paced modern world, full of worries and stress, it is becoming increasingly important to find ways to relax, de-stress, and enhance our quality of life.
Now is the time to take a moment for yourself. Slow down, lie back, relax, and be guided through a relaxation, visualisation, and some quiet moments to clear your head and refresh your focus.
Just a short session of relaxation strengthens the connections between regions of the brain that regulate our emotional responses. Other benefits of guided relaxation include:

No previous experience of relaxation or meditation is required. The sessions will be totally guided by myself and held online.
All you need is a blanket, a pillow, and a quiet space that you are comfortable in – somewhere you can bring your full attention to relaxation. Top tip, candles and aromatherapy can be a nice addition!
These sessions are great individually or as part of a group. I work with a lot of businesses who provide regular relaxation group sessions for their employees in order to look after their mental health and wellbeing.
